02 / Google Sign-In & account information
When you choose Google Sign-In, we request only these three scopes: openid, email, and profile. We receive your Google account ID (a unique identifier), email address, name, and profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google account content.
We use this Google account information only to create or identify your account, sign you in, send account-related notifications, and provide customer support. We do not use it for advertising or AI model training.
03 / Other information we handle
Depending on the product you use, we may process content you submit (such as prompts, images, or videos), generated results, account preferences, usage or credit records, and messages you send to support. We use these to deliver the requested features, manage your account and purchases, and respond to you.
Service infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and error or security logs to deliver the service, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. If you purchase a paid product, payment providers process payment details; we may receive transaction status and billing records.
05 / Data retention & security
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Submitted content and generated results are kept as needed for the product features you use, unless you delete them or request deletion. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operations and security.
After an account deletion request, we delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain to meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Any retained records are restricted to those purposes and deleted when no longer required. Residual backup copies are removed through routine backup rotation and are not used for ongoing service operations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
06 / Account deletion & your choices
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We may verify account ownership before acting. We process deletion requests within 30 days and explain any legally required retention.
You can also revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking authorization stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically delete an existing OP AI Online account or information already stored. Email us to request that deletion.
You may also contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law.
08 / Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires it. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
09 / Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice. If a change requires new consent for Google data use, we will obtain that consent before using the data for the new purpose.
