These Terms of Service govern your use of opai.online and the AI tools, websites, and online products operated by OP AI Online (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that link to these terms. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our products may include AI video, image, and creative tools. Features, availability, usage limits, and any additional product-specific terms are described on the relevant product pages. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum age required by applicable law. Our services are not intended for children under 13.
02 / Your account
Some features require an account, including through Google Sign-In. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and other personal information.
03 / Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. You must not:
- Submit or generate unlawful content, exploitative content, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Use the services for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other harmful or deceptive activity.
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of any service.
- Bypass safeguards, payment requirements, rate limits, or other access restrictions.

04 / Payments & credits
Some products offer paid features, subscriptions, or usage credits. Prices, currency, applicable taxes, included usage, and any credit expiration are shown on the relevant product or checkout page before purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Credits represent usage within the relevant product and have no cash value. Any renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund conditions will be stated before purchase. You can contact [email protected] about billing issues. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Price changes will be communicated before they apply to future purchases or renewals. Product-specific purchase terms apply to the extent they address the details of your purchase.

OP AI Online and its licensors retain their rights in the services, software, branding, and website materials. These terms grant you a limited right to use the services for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable product limits.
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you request and provide support. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.
Rights in AI-generated output depend on applicable law and the terms of the relevant product and model provider. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. We do not guarantee exclusive rights or that an output will be free of third-party claims.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate material. Review outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
07 / Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OP AI Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including any mandatory consumer rights.
08 / Suspension & termination
You may stop using the services at any time. To request account deletion, email [email protected]; requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, security threats, or when required by law. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Any mandatory rights concerning unused paid services remain in effect. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

We may update features or these terms as products evolve. Revised terms will be published here with an updated effective date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Your continued use after the revised terms take effect indicates acceptance, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the affected services.
